With a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging schemes in both the residential and commercial sectors, they are now looking to strengthen their project delivery team.
The Role:
This contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to play a key role in delivering complex structural alteration and refurbishment schemes ranging from £5m – £20m. You will be responsible for day-to-day site management, ensuring trades are coordinated, safety standards are upheld, and the programme is maintained.
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activities across cut & carve / refurbishment projects.
*
Supervise subcontractors and direct labour, driving performance on site.
*
Monitor programme and sequencing, ensuring deadlines are met.
*
Enforce Health & Safety compliance, RAMS, CDM and site inductions.
*
Ensure high quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
*
Liaise with Project Manager, client representatives and stakeholders.
About You:

Proven track record as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
*
Experience in cut & carve, structural alterations, or complex refurbishments.
*
Previous London project delivery experience (residential or commercial).
*
Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
*
SMSTS, Black/Gold CSCS Card and relevant qualifications
