A globalinsurance firm is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join its central People function. This role offers broad exposure acrosspensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS andernance, supporting employees across multiple international regions.
You’ll play a key role in deliveringpliant UK and international payrolls, administering a wide range of benefits, and supporting annual reward cycles. You’ll also maintain reward processes, improve operational workflows, manage vendor relationships, and bring structure to a fast‑paced environment.
We’re looking for someone highly numerate, detail oriented and confident working acrossplex jurisdictions. You’ll bring strong reward and payroll and experience, advanced Excel capability, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR, Finance and external partners. Experience with bonus schemes & LTIPs, HRIS platforms, benefits administration and international payroll exposure would be valuable.
