The Role
Are you an experienced field sales professional — or someone who thrives on building great relationships and engaging face-to-face with customers? Are you a confident communicator with customer-facing experience, proactive in your approach, and driven to grow a region?
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our collaborative UK Sales team here at Lindy Electronics Ltd, based at our Thornaby head office. You’ll take full ownership of a UK territory — working closely with existing customers while actively identifying and securing new business. You’ll be backed by a wide range of IT and AV solutions and supported by a collaborative team and proven onboarding.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out with customers, managing their own sales pipeline, and wants to be part of a stable, supportive business where people matter.

What you’ll be doing
* Managing and developing a UK territory
* Visiting customers regularly and building long-term relationships
* Identifying new opportunities and turning them into sales
* Presenting confidently to individuals and small groups
* Matching customer needs with our product solutions
* Growing turnover from existing accounts and acquiring new ones
* Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and reporting on progress
What we’re looking for
This role requires confidence and experience in face-to-face roles — ideally in sales, but we’re also open to candidates with strong customer-facing experience in field-based service or account management roles. If you’re used to being on the road, meeting clients, and managing relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll need to bring:
* Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or field-based customer service
* Strong presentation skills and confidence meeting customers in person
* A self-starting attitude with great organisation and follow-up
* A genuine interest in technology, IT or AV products
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* A full, clean driving licence
* Officed based in Teesside Industrial Estate
