Mid-Senior Frontend Developer - Warrington - Salary 45k-55k (DOE)

We're currently working with a well-established and forward-thinking organisation based in Warrington who have an exciting opportunity for a Frontend Developer skilled with React and UI/UX design to join their growing team.

You'll be responsible for building high-quality, performant, and user-centered web interfaces that bring their products to life. This role bridges the gap between design and engineering - ideal for someone passionate about crafting intuitive,
visually appealing, and accessible digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications using React (and its ecosystem).
* Collaborate closely with product managers and backend developers to translate business and user needs into elegant interfaces.
* Implement UI/UX best practices, ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility across all products.
* Optimise applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
* Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to technical discussions.


Essential Experience:
1. 3-6 years of experience in frontend development, ideally in a product-driven environment.
2. Strong proficiency with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
