Job Title: CSCS Labourer – Commercial Strip-Out Project
Location: Hackney
Start Date: 2nd March
Duration: 3 Weeks
Pay Rate: £16–£17 per hour (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer for a 2-week commercial strip-out project in Hackney, starting on 23rd February.
Duties Will Include:

Assisting with the strip-out of a commercial building
*
Removing fixtures, fittings, and non-structural elements
*
Loading and unloading materials
*
Moving materials around site
*
Keeping work areas clean and tidy
*
Assisting trades on site
*
General labouring duties as instructed by site management
Requirements:
*
Valid CSCS Card (essential)
*
Previous strip-out or demolition experience preferred
*
Good attitude and strong work ethic
*
Ability to follow site health & safety procedures
*
Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-vis, Safety boots)
This is a great opportunity for consistent work over a 2-week period, with potential for future projects for the right candidate.
