Job Title: Site Manager – Office & Warehouse Fit-Out
Location: Biggleswade, Bedfordshire
Start Date: 24th November 2025 (approx.)
Contract Type: Freelance (10–12 weeks)
Project Overview:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out of a newly constructed distribution centre in Biggleswade.
The project involves the fit-out of an office space, including MEP installation within the adjacent warehouse
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day site management, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
* Oversee fit-out trades and MEP contractors, coordinating activities across office and warehouse zones
* Manage site H&S in line with CDM requirements
* Liaise with the main contractor, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
* Maintain site records, daily diaries, and progress reports
* Ensure quality control and compliance with drawings and specifications
Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering commercial office and/or warehouse fit-outs
* Strong understanding of MEP coordination on fast-track projects
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid at Work – essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
