About Our Client

Job Description
3. Oversee the customer service team (circa 10 staff) and develop customer service policies and procedures.
4. Lead, guide, and train the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
5. Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Analyse customer feedback and create strategies for improvement.
7. Implement and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer service.
9. Participate in hiring and training new team members.

A successful Customer Service Manager should have:
