Job Title: Banksman / Labourer

Salary: £12.50 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 05:30 – 17:30

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Banksman / Labourer to join a friendly team. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Guide wagons safely on site
*
Check loads as they tip and report any issues
*
Communicate effectively with staff via radio
*
General cleaning and labouring duties
*
Assist in material inspection and site safety
Requirements:

Good communication skills
*
Reliable with excellent timekeeping
*
Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude
*
Willingness to learn and develop (experience in a similar role preferred but not essential)
