Job Opportunity: Interim Senior Reward Manager
We are supporting a Financial Services organisation in their search for an Interim Senior Reward Manager to lead their reward structure review during an exciting transformation period. The role is initially for 6 months, based on a hybrid working model from their London office, with a daily rate of £550-650 inside IR35.
The successful candidate will support the Reward Director in navigating this busy transformation phase, focusing on:
1. Enhancing and reviewing the reward structure
2. Collaborating closely with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
3. Applying extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits
