The RoleAs HR Manager overseeing recruitment and operations, you will lead a critical HR function with responsibility for both recruitment operations and core people service delivery. You will oversee a centralised HR advisory service, ensuring seamless, efficient and high-quality support across the entire employee lifecycle.Key aspects of the role include:
1. Leading a high-performing HR advisory service, delivering first-line support, onboarding and offboarding, contract administration, and operational casework.
2. Overseeing recruitment coordination, ensuring an efficient, inclusive and customer-focused experience for candidates and hiring managers.
3. Driving continuous improvement across HR operations, streamlining processes, enhancingernance, and improving service delivery.
4. Building strong partnerships across key functions to ensure joined-up, reliable operational delivery.
5. Supporting organisational change initiatives by providing operational insight and maintaining service effectiveness.
6. Using data and metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive evidence-based decision-making.
7. Contributing to the development of future recruitment and talent approaches, ensuring operational readiness and consistency.

19. 37 hours per week (full-time equivalent) tends to be (Mon to Thurs.) and to (Friday), but can be flexible around this.
