New Build Site Manager /Strong Assistant Manager Location: Winsford Rate: £31.44 per hour (Umbrella) Hours: Up to 39 hours per week (capped) Contract: Freelance Start Date: To be confirmed following interview - early July Ideally We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a 99-unit new-build housing development for a Housing Association in Winsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional Site Manager with a strong background in residential construction and NHBC standards. Key Requirements Valid SMSTS certification Valid CSCS card Current First Aid at Work certificate Proven experience managing new-build residential developments Strong understanding of NHBC standards and quality requirements Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Experienced assistant/site manager capable of mid-level site management, someone who wants to step up. On this project we are Principal Contractor and the civils subcontractor carry their own site manager and delivery team, so need someone strong enough to hold them to account on programme, quality and health and safety. Enough technical knowledge of civils and NHBC projects. Project Details 99 new-build homes Housing Association development Responsible for site safety, quality, programme management, and subcontractor coordination Ensuring works are delivered in line with NHBC requirements and project specifications Pay & Hours £31.44 per hour via Umbrella Weekly pay Hours capped at 39 per week Interviews Interviews will be taking place over the coming weeks, with a view to appointing the successful candidate as soon as possible.
