Position: Senior People Advisor (Part-Time, 3 days a week)
Overview: We are seeking a Senior People Advisor to join our client's dynamic HR team, supporting the London and US offices. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and providing expert HR advice. The candidate will be office-based on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with one day remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Inductions: Conduct comprehensive induction programmes for new hires, prepare materials, and ensure documentation is completed.
* Newsletters: Create and distribute monthly HR newsletters, collaborating with departments for content.
* Employee Queries: Serve as first point of contact for HR questions, providing timely responses and escalating complex issues.
* Office HR Advice: Offer HR advice to office employees, ensuring policy and legal compliance, and assist managers with HR issues.
* General HR Support: Support administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and assist with projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven HR advisory experience, preferably in large organizations.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
