We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA/QC activities across major UK infrastructure projects. This role ensures compliance with client and industry standards, drives continuous improvement, and supports project delivery through effective quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and Health & Safety standards.
* Manage quality documentation, audits, and customer inspections.
* Drive root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
* Oversee ISO 9001 QMS across multiple sites.
* Support tenders and align customer quality requirements with capabilities.
* Represent the business in client quality meetings and external audits.
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in Quality Management or related field.
* Strong background in ISO 9001, QA/QC, and multi-site quality leadership.
* Proven ability to improve systems, manage audits, and lead cross-functional teams.
