We’re a UK cleaning company and we’re hiring a Service Sales Executive to help customers choose the right services and secure bookings efficiently.
The Role:
You’ll guide customers through their options, handle incoming leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage and convert customer leads.
* Recommend suitable cleaning services.
* Keep detailed CRM records.
* Meet and exceed monthly targets.
* Support customers throughout the booking process.

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
2. Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.
3. Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
4. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
5. Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.
6. Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
7. Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
8. Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
9. Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
10. Own reliable laptop/desktop.
