Your new role
As Site Manager and Principal Contractor, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of construction and M&E works in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations. You will manage contractors, supervise learners on-site, and ensure all projects are delivered to high industry standards, on time and within budget. You’ll collaborate closely with curriculum teams to integrate live projects into the educational experience, promoting professionalism and safety amongst students.
