Senior HR Administrator - Bournemouth - Up to £30,000 - Permanent What you will be doing: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join a busy People team, providing high-quality HR support, and playing a key role in day-to-day HR operations. As a Senior HR Administrator, you will be: Supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding Managing HR administration including absence, sickness, and HR records Coordinating recruitment processes from advertising through to interview and onboarding Maintaining accurate HR systems and compliance records Supporting safeguarding and safer recruitment processes Assisting with HR meetings, investigations, and note-taking Producing reports on HR data including absence and workforce information Supporting payroll and finance with accurate HR data Contributing to HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements What we are looking for: Previous HR administration experience (essential) Strong organisation and attention to detail Confident handling confidential information Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment Proactive approach with a willingness to develop HR knowledge Hours & Benefits: Generous pension Salary up to £30,000 DOE Training and development opportunities Supportive working environment with progression potential Apply now: If you're ready for the next step in your HR career, we'd love to hear from you.
