I am delighted to be partnering with a professional services organisation in Leeds who are looking to appoint 2 HR officers to support with a specific contract initially for 12 months from July 2025.
As a HR Officer who will be operating as a true generalist supporting a dedicated project team implementing process improvements to enhance the overall people services. Duties likely to include:
1. Supporting across workforce planning working to set targets and goals
2. Coaching and supporting managers through complex employee relations cases including performance management, disciplinary case work and grievances
3. Developing and delivering HR workshops and training sessions
4. Supporting managers through recruitment
5. Providing advise to managers across all matters relating to policies and procedures which are consistently under review
6. Assisting with continuous service improvement initiatives
7. Capability management
8. Talent management
9. Working heavily with HRIS and data producing reports and analysing the data to suggest process improvements
