HAMILTON BOYD EVENTS
8 Northumberland Avenue part of the Hamilton Boyd event group; is looking for a Events Sales Executive to join our team of venue and event experts. You will be part of a team providing guidance and information to top clients who are enquiring about our suite of event services, from venue and catering through to event management and production.
Hamilton Boyd Events is a growing agency in the heart of central London, representing an established group of event businesses known for innovation, service excellence, and exceptional client experience. Our teams plan and deliver high profile corporate events across London’s leading venues, working closely with our award winning spaces, partner suppliers, and hospitality teams.
We are now seeking an ambitious individual with early experience in the events industry to join our agency in a commercial client facing role. This position is ideal for someone with around one year of experience who is eager to deepen their sales and account management capabilities within a fast paced agency setting.

This role requires you to live within Greater London due to early or late shifts connected to client meetings and event activity.
OVERALL PURPOSE
To support the agency’s commercial objectives by handling enquiries, developing client relationships, tailoring proposals, and converting new and repeat business. This role blends sales, client care, and account development with a strong focus on communication, follow up, and proactive outreach.
Success will be measured through revenue growth, conversion performance, client retention, and the effectiveness of outreach activity.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Have some track record working with events and venues
* Have experience selling, are strong at building relationships and gaining trust from clients
* Approximately one year in an events, sales, or account focused role
* Strong communication skills with a confident client facing approach
* Commercial awareness with an interest in achieving and exceeding targets
* Comfortable with CRM tools and structured data management
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client enquiries simultaneously
* Creative mindset with an interest in shaping compelling offers and outreach
* Proactive and confident in building relationships and generating opportunities
