We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Doncaster site. This is a field-based, customer-focused role where you will play a key part in growing our food waste input volumes while maintaining strong margins and excellent service standards.You will work independently, managing your own territory, while being supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative wider team.Key responsibilities include:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase food waste input volumes.
* Visit prospective customers locally, delivering point-of-use materials.
* Manage and develop existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Monitor trading levels and identify opportunities for additional business.
* Prepare and negotiate quotations in line with agreed pricing strategies.
* Coordinate transport arrangements to ensure correct service frequency.
* Gather and maintain up-to-date local market intelligence, including competitor activity and pricing.
Job Requirements
* Good standard of formal education.
* Ideally experienced in B2B new business sales.
* Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload.
* Strong relationship-building skills across different organisational levels.
* Commercially astute, financially literate, and business-aware.
* Confident negotiator with strong analytical and influencing skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Doncaster
Up to £32,000 (depending on experience) plus Car, Bonus and Company Benefits.
