Job Responsibilities
* Repairs: Minor electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, and appliance installation
* Maintenance: Routine maintenance, cosmetic upkeep, and preventative maintenance
* Other tasks: Assembling furniture, changing light bulbs, painting and decorating, clearing gutters, and maintaining property exteriors
* Safety: Following safety procedures and ensuring compliance with safety standards
