Are you looking for meaningful weekend work within the NHS? The Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH) Discharge Hub is seeking an enthusiastic administrator to support our team in delivering safe and timely patient discharges.
? Location: RVH Discharge Hub
? Contract: Temporary ongoing
? Hours: 9:00-5:00 or 8:00-4:00 (depending on service need)
? Working Days: Friday and Saturday, Rate £17.22 - £21.55
About the Role
As part of the Discharge Hub team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions for patients leaving hospital care. The position involves working closely with multidisciplinary staff and maintaining accurate discharge records to support efficient patient flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the discharge process.
* Liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams to co-ordinate patient discharges.
* Maintain and update local databases and tracking systems.
* Handle phone calls and queries related to discharge planning.
* Assist with general office tasks as needed.
