Site Manager - Planned Works (Kitchens & Bathrooms)
Freelance | £250 per day | 3-4 Months
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a planned works programme (kitchens and bathrooms) across multiple sites.
Locations: Crawley & Maidstone
Base: Ideally Kent-based
Start Date: 20th April
The Role:
* Managing planned works schemes (kitchen & bathroom refurbishments)
* Overseeing site operations across multiple locations
* Managing subcontractors and ensuring programme delivery
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
* Liaising with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Card
* Asbestos Awareness
* Driving Licence
* DBS
* Proven experience delivering planned works / social housing projects
