We are seeking a visionary Quality Manager to lead and shape the future of our quality function at a pivotal time in our business. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive strategic direction, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure our quality standards support long-term growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the Quality team, setting a clear vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
* Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all departments.
* Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for quality systems, certifications, and compliance.
* Act as the primary authority on product quality, with the autonomy to resolve quality-related matters.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain to embed quality into every aspect of the business.
* Drive quality performance metrics, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
* Lead supplier quality initiatives in partnership with Purchasing and Supplier Development.
* Promote company-wide quality awareness and training, ensuring all employees understand and uphold quality standards.
About You
* Proven experience in quality leadership roles, ideally within Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing but not essential.
* Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action.
* Excellent communicator and influencer, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* Deep understanding of quality systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Hands-on approach with a passion for problem-solving and driving change.
* Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) highly desirable.
