In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in winning new business and achieving monthly targets that align with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transform inbound inquiries into lucrative sales opportunities.
* Research and source leads to build a robust pipeline of prospective customers through proactive outbound calls.
* Provide exceptional product and service information, addressing client needs and concerns.
* Craft tailored solutions that resonate with client requirements.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts that seal the deal!
* Become the go-to product expert, confidently answering customer questions on specifications and pricing.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software
* Organise and facilitate virtual meetings to drive sales forward.
* Monitor customer trading performance and implement action plans when necessary.
* Serve as a point of escalation for client issues, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
What You Bring:
* Previous experience in sales or account management, or a motivated individual with a dynamic personality eager to launch a successful career in sales.
* A results-focused mindset, motivated by hitting targets and achieving high performance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* An ability to analyse data to make informed decisions and identify potential leads.
* A knack for quickly building relationships and converting prospects into business wins.
