VANRATH are working with a dynamic and rapidly growing business based in Enniskillen who are seeking a meticulous and proactive Payroll & HR Officer to join their finance and HR team.

What you'll do
8. Manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees
9. Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll
10. Review and process payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies
11. Manage payroll data on Excel
12. Handle all payroll queries, including deductions, bonuses, and benefits
13. Ensure all statutory deductions (e.g., PAYE, National Insurance) are accurately calculated and submitted
14. Prepare and submit RTI filings, year-end reporting, and P60s
15. Administer employee benefits and pension schemes
16. Support the finance team with payroll-related queries and reconciliations
17. Assist with various ad-hoc payroll and HR tasks as required
About you
18. Previous payroll experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
19. Advanced Excel skills
20. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
21. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
22. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
23. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
24. Experience with payroll software systems, Time and Attendance systems
25. Desirable: CIPD qualification or payroll certification
