Our team is passionate about creating warm and inviting spaces for our clients, and we are looking for a dedicated Labourer to join our growing business. Our showroom is based at Scorrier, Redruth.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist experienced HETAS stove installers in the installation of woodburners and fireplaces.
* Support in the preparation of installation sites, including carrying materials and maintaining cleanliness.
* Learn and adhere to safety standards and regulations during installations.
* Help in the delivery and assembly of products at customer locations.
* Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge related to HETAS installations.
* Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
* Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment and tools.
**Qualifications:**
* No specific prior experience required; however, a willingness to learn, and take on new challenges is essential.
* Basic understanding of construction or installation processes is desirable.
* Must have a strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation and positive attitude.
* Valid driver's license is essential and age restrictions may apply due to insurance.
* Must be confident at working at heights and physically fit.
