Offer description

Our client, a leading entity in the aerospace and engineering sector, is currently seeking a diligent and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop HR skills within a dynamic and innovative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Managing employee records and ensuring they are kept up-to-date and accurate
* Assisting with recruitment processes including shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding
* Supporting the HR team with the development and implementation of HR policies
* Maintaining employee benefits programs and informing employees of their benefits
* Handling employee enquiries and providing general HR support to all staff
* Coordinating training sessions and seminars
* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies
* Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as needed


Job Requirements:

* Experience in HR administration within the aerospace or engineering sectors is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work tasks
* Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience
