HR Administrator (Onboarding)

Role
You’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new starters across the business. Working closely with our HR Managers and HR Advisors, you'll help ensure our People function runs efficiently and continues to provide a high‑quality service whilst supporting the People Team with day‑to‑day administration.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate HR administrative support to the department and Company on a daily basis; taking day‐to‐day direction from the HR Manager / HR Advisor
* Be the first point of contact for all HR‐admin related queries
* Update and co‐ordinate payroll administration; responsible for submitting all changes of terms and conditions, new starters, leavers etc to the Payroll Department on a monthly basis
* Administer HR‐related documentation, such as contracts of employment
* Orchestrate all HR inductions for new starters; from ordering equipment through to organising/ co‐ordinating the employment induction
* Maintain absenteeism and holiday reporting / statistics
* Send out all correspondence for probationary period reviews including reminders, invitations and revised terms and conditions
* Undertake and maintain all filing for the department to a satisfactory standard
* Assist with general HR administration duties that fall within the department’s remit as directed by the HR team
* Acquire a basic understanding of the training administration processes and procedures
Qualifications
* Proven experience in HR administration, or onboarding, pre‐employment
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy, fast‐paced environment
* A proactive team player with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
* 5 GCSEs Grade C and above
* 3 A Levels Grade C and above
