Job Title: Sales Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis, specializing in the sale of motorhomes and campervans. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a keen interest in leisure vehicles and outdoor living.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets as set by the Sales Manager / General Manager
* Participate in ‘In House’, National, and regional shows and exhibitions
* Complete all necessary paperwork and input into the company computer system to ensure smooth sale processes
* Accurately record each sales opportunity, contact, and follow-up
* Assist in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales
* Introduce and follow up with suitable sales prospects
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of finance proposals and documentation
* Maintain extensive and up-to-date knowledge regarding pricing, options, warranties, colours, standard equipment, and specifications
* Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals
Requirements:
* Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Stability under pressure and resilience to setbacks
* Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to company needs
* Reliability and pride in quality of work
* Good numerical skills, negotiation skills, and general business acumen
