We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Administrator to join our investment banking client initially on a 12 month FTC with the potential longer term. This role plays a key part in supporting activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for colleagues across the business. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with an administrative background to take the first step in their HR career. The Role: Manage the full onboarding process for all staff, including background screening, contracts and reference requests Manage the full offboarding process for all staff Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries managing the HR inbox. Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and lead on system updates and changes Support with recruitment activities with extensive diary management and interview coordination. Act as the main point of contact for student event, assisting with Graduate and Internship events and initiatives Refresh policies, update content and post announcements on the People team intranet pages Support on ad hoc projects as needed. The Profile: Strong organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail with a proactive mindset 1 year in an administration, HR or recruitment role within a corporate financial or professional services environment.
