NEOS Engineering are working with a well-established contractor operating across quarry and heavy industrial sites in the South West. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee quarry-based operations around Bristol.
The Role
You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervising engineers, welders and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with compliance standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing quarry and industrial site operations
* Supervising engineering teams and subcontractors
* Ensuring health & safety and site compliance
* Coordinating maintenance and project works
* Liaising with clients and management teams
* Managing RAMS and permits to work
* Driving productivity and operational performance
The Candidate
* Experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within quarrying, heavy plant or industrial environments
* Strong understanding of quarry operations and safety procedures
* Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
* Good leadership and communication skills
Essential Requirements
* SMSTS or SSSTS (SMSTS preferred)
* IOSH or NEBOSH
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
