In this role, you will learn how to develop strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across our directorates and build mutual trust and respect. You will be working with the Training Team to help plan and schedule our annual business technical training plan by assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data, including training files, records, and HR systems. You will also ensure customer needs are responded to appropriately and in a timely fashion.
In addition to your work, you'll complete a level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration where you'll gain academic knowledge to complement your practical work.
