Thesuccessful applicant will:
* Helpthe Chef to deliver food serviceofhigh qualitywithin thehomeandalsowith meal service to theresidents.
* Prepareand cook all daily meals for residents and staff. Also planprepare and caterfor modified dietsandspecialevents such as birthdays ensuring thehighest quality and presentation of the food served and making surethe residents are happy with the service delivered in thehome.
* Demonstratethe uppermoststandards in cleanliness food safety andhygienein the kitchenareaincluding all equipment andappliancesadhering to allregulatory and statutory requirements andcompany policies andprocedures.
* Cleanand take care of equipment used to carry out tasks such as utensilsplates etc and report any on any need for maintenance orreplacement to the CateringManager
* Beorganised and good at keepingrecordsas wellasable to followrecipes.
