Reward Manager – 3-Month Contract Remote (occasional travel to London) Start ASAP We’re looking for an experienced Reward Manager to join on a 3-month contract and play a key role in executing total reward strategy and leading annual pay and bonus review processes. This role will partner with senior HR and business leaders to provide expert advice on compensation, benchmarking, and reward structures that attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities: Lead annual pay, bonus, and commission processes Benchmark roles using WTW methodology and manage external salary surveys Advise HR and leadership on reward strategies and market trends Oversee gender pay gap reporting and support budgeting/forecasting with HR and Finance Develop compensation frameworks aligned with job structures About You: Proven experience in reward/compensation roles Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel ability Confident advising and influencing senior stakeholders Skilled in benchmarking and salary review processes Have the above experience?
