The Role Reporting to the European Exhibitions Divisional Director, this is a high-impact role at the forefront of driving growth across our refrigeration and catering equipment rental services for exhibitions and events throughout Europe and the Middle East. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our presence in this dynamic market, nurturing and growing key accounts while proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities. From shaping and executing strategic sales plans to building influential client relationships and delivering compelling proposals, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible commercial impact. With clear revenue and rental targets aligned to ambitious KPIs, the position is integral to delivering the wider European sales strategy. It offers the chance to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-profile environment where success is both visible and rewarding. Your key responsibilities will include: To sell refrigeration and catering equipment rental services to exhibitions throughout Europe. To develop and retain customer relationships within the food exhibition industry. Manage incoming enquiries for the European rental market, create quotations and close rental sales orders. To assist with the implementation of new business development strategies. Co-ordinating research into new rental markets relevant to the linguistic geography and working directly with the European Head of Sales. Account management of existing customer base relevant to the international market. To carry out customer service activities by travelling to exhibitions and events through meeting current and potential customers. Report on market activity on a regular basis. Successfully achieve and exceed all rental targets. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience We are looking for a pro-active, ambitious individual who is keen to progress their sales career within a high growth, international organisation. Candidates must also possess the following skills and experience; Essential: Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with strong time management skills. Confident using digital tools and able to quickly adapt to new systems. Can work to deadlines, with good communication skills. Good organisation skills. Commercial awareness with desire to work in a busy and diverse environment. Desirable: Additional European languages are a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus. Previous experience in a sales, commercial or customer-facing role. Additional Information: Ability& flexibility to travel and work outside regular working hours; weekend travel and working may be necessary during the seasonal peak periods.
