We are seeking a professional and friendly Customer Services manager to join our dynamic team in Bristol. Under the guidance of office management, you'll be part of a small office-based team. Your primary focus will be engaging with customers and addressing any inquiries that may arise, while managing a range of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office software applications. Responsibilities Your daily tasks will include: Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Manage the work schedules of our two customer services engineers and invoicing customers using the Propeller cloud-based workforce management software. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, such as registering gas appliance installations and processing materials orders Oversee our customer services email address, ensuring prompt responses. Experience Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
