Internal Recruiter
Salary up to £28,000 pro rata depending on experience
Temp to perm opportunity - initially six month contract with the potential to go permanent
This is a hybrid role, a minimum of 3 days per week in our office in Aldgate.
Join our recruitment team to support our business growth. You'll be assisting with recruitment efforts for live-in carers in Scotland and hourly domiciliary carers in London. You will work alongside a small team responsible for interviewing carers and managing them through to the offer stage, ensuring an unrivalled candidate experience throughout the process.

As an Internal Recruiter you'll:
Screen and interview candidates to ensure alignment with recruitment efforts and company values. You'll resolve candidate queries, escalating feedback to line managers where necessary, and accurately recording all candidates onto the ATS for carer campaigns. Additionally, you'll attend internal meetings, training sessions and recruitment events as required.
To be successful in your role you'll have:
* 1 year experience in recruitment either agency or in-house
* Experience recruiting in the health and social care sector
* Experience using ATS
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written English
* Advanced (touch) typing ability
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
* Desire to deliver a consistently high candidate experience
* Ability to work to deadlines for multiple projects
* Capacity to work in a fast paced and changing environment
