Car Sales Executive - Northampton Main Dealer
1. Position: Car Sales Executive
2. Location: Northampton
3. Basic Salary: £20,000
4. OTE: £45,000+
5. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
6. Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
7. 5.5-day week with 1 full day off every other week
8. No Sundays – enjoy a better work/life balance
A fantastic family-owned Dealership representing a popular franchise is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team.
This group is highly respected in the local area - offering a supportive working environment and excellent long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
9. Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial enquiry to handover.
10. Deliver an outstanding customer experience every time
11. Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
12. Ensure all handovers are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
13. Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business
Requirements:
14. Previous experience in Vehicle Sales is essential
15. Main dealer experience is desirable but not essential
16. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
17. A passion for delivering high levels of customer service
18. Ability to manage your time effectively and work to deadlines
