Sales Executive - Commercial Finance
Location: Kent (Office-based)
£25,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40K+ Year 1 | Top Earners £100K+)

The Opportunity
You'll be joining a high-activity sales environment focused on helping businesses secure funding solutions across asset finance, loans, and insurance.
You will have access to a strong pipeline of warm data, existing clients, and marketing leads - giving you everything you need to succeed from day one.
This role is for someone that thrives on outbound sales, enjoys building client relationships, and wants to maximise their earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Proactively generating new business through outbound calls and lead follow-ups
* Identifying client needs and presenting tailored finance solutions
* Managing relationships and building long-term client partnerships
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver funding and cross-sell opportunities
* Consistently working towards and exceeding revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales experience (ideally within B2B or financial services)
* Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Confident communicator with high energy and resilience
* Ambitious, money-motivated, and career-driven mindset
Desirable
* Experience in asset finance, commercial finance, or brokerage
* Background in B2B finance sales
Industry experience is advantageous, but not essential for candidates with a strong B2B sales background and the right attitude.
