Salary: up to £28,000 + Uncapped commission

The Role
Seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Junior Account Manager to help drive new business and support existing clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales mindset, ideally with some B2B experience, to grow their career in commercial finance.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to generate new leads
* Manage and develop relationships with existing clients
* Identify client needs and match them with suitable finance solutions
* Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM
About You
* Driven, ambitious, and highly sales-focused
* Ideally some experience in B2B outbound sales (phone-based)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
