HR Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Belfast / Northern Ireland Offices
Hours: 15 hours per week (reasonable flexibility required)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 pro-rata (dependent on experience)

We are recruiting a Part-Time HR Administrator to join our internal HR team, supporting our fast-paced recruitment operations across Northern Ireland and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is interested in developing a career within Human Resources.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide vital HR administrative support, maintain people systems, and assist across core HR functions including payroll support, onboarding, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Employee Support
9. Manage HR inboxes and respond to employee queries promptly
10. Assist with pay-related queries where appropriate
11. Support administration of company reward schemes
12. Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection compliance
13. Maintain accurate internal employee records
Payroll & Records
14. Support accurate and timely processing of NI and ROI monthly payroll
15. Communicate employee changes to Payroll (pay, absences, amendments)
16. Ensure HR records remain accurate and up to date
Recruitment & Onboarding
17. Support onboarding and offboarding of internal staff
18. Assist with internal recruitment activity, including job postings and interview coordination
19. Support compliance with Recruitment & Selection policies
Learning, Reporting & Systems
20. Track training compliance and performance reviews
21. Provide administrative support to Learning & Development activities
22. Assist with HR reporting for HRD and Finance
23. Support effective use of HR systems, data accuracy, and user support
What We're Looking For
24. Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
25. Experience handling confidential information
26. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
27. Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
28. Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Desirable:
29. Experience supporting HR, recruitment, payroll, or onboarding processes
30. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
