We are especially interested in people who enjoy strategy games, puzzle games, escape rooms, logic puzzles, or structured thinking under pressure. Responsibilities: We will expect you to take vague business problems and turn them into working solutions. We will ask you to connect tools and systems so data flows automatically instead of being copy-pasted. We will have you build internal tools, dashboards, and workflows using no-code platforms. We will have you experiment with AI tools to make tasks faster, smarter, or newly possible. We will expect you to debug issues methodically and work out why things break. We will ask you to document what you build so others can use and maintain it. We will rely on you to solve real, messy business problems and ship practical solutions quickly.
