Sales Executive – New Homes Location: London
Rate: £24.31 per hour (LTD)
Contract: Temporary – 17 weeks
Working Pattern: 5 days per week (including weekends on a rota basis)
We are currently working with a well-established housing provider to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to support their new-build sales programme on a temporary basis.
This role is focused on managing prospective purchasers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to reservation and handover, ensuring an excellent customer experience while maximising sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries and converting leads into completed sales
Coordinating and conducting viewings, ensuring developments are available and presented to a high standard
Supporting off-plan sales activity, including outbound calling and competitor analysis
Working closely with marketing colleagues on launch activity and sales collateral
Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with all relevant sales and regulatory requirements
Liaising with local authorities to confirm eligibility for purchasers where required
Carrying out inspections of unsold units and reporting defects or presentation issues
Delivering a high-quality customer journey, including home tours, key handovers, and post-sale liaison
Building strong working relationships with internal teams, solicitors, IFAs, developers, and external stakeholders
Representing the client at public events where requiredRequirements
Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within new-build or affordable housing
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Confident handling sales targets and conversion metrics
Experience using CRM systems and working within regulated sales environments
