Key Responsibilities
1. Full on-site management of the residential development from start through to completion
2. Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
3. Ensuring all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and building regulations
4. Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and housekeeping
5. Programming and coordinating works to meet project milestones
6. Conducting site meetings and reporting progress to senior management
7. Managing snagging, handovers, and final completions
8. Liaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities as required
Requirements
9. Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager (or experienced Site Manager ready to step up) on residential housing projects
10. Strong background in traditional or mixed-tenure housing developments
11. SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications
12. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
13. Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme under pressure
14. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
