About the Sustainable Foods Conference

The Sustainable Foods Conference is a market leading platform, uniting stakeholders across the food value chain to drive innovation, collaboration, and impact for a more sustainable future. With high-profile speakers, influential delegates, and media coverage, our conference serves as a meeting place for decision-makers across food, agriculture, retail, investment, and policy sectors.



Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead and execute our delegate sales campaign. This position is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and food systems. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting qualified leads to attend the 2026 Sustainable Foods Conference.



Key Responsibilities

* Execute a comprehensive delegate sales strategy targeting food industry leaders, policy makers, investors, and NGOs.
* Identify and qualify sales leads using CRM tools, industry databases, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach.
* Conduct high-quality outreach via phone, email and virtual meetings to convert leads into paid delegates.
* Maintain accurate records of communications, pipeline status, and sales progress using CRM software.
* Collaborate with the production and marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns that support lead generation and sales conversion.
* Provide regular sales reports and feedback to inform broader event strategy.
* Represent the values and mission of the Sustainable Foods Conference with credibility and enthusiasm.



Key Requirements

* Proven track record in B2B delegate or event sales (ideally in sustainability, food, or ESG-related sectors).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
* Strong interest in sustainable food systems and global food innovation trends.
* Able to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



Desirable

* Existing network within the sustainable food, agri-tech, ESG investment, or related sectors.
* Experience working in events or conferences.
* Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
