Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
đ¸Salary: ÂŁ35,000 per annum plus ÂŁ10,000 OTE pa
đCar Allowance: ÂŁ6000 pa
đStart Date: March/April 2026

đThis role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

đABOUT YOU
Youâre a confident, relationshipâfocused sales professional with a proven ability to win new business and grow accounts. Techâsavvy, organised, and commercially aware, you thrive in environments where digital solutions meet realâworld challenges â especially across housing, social care, or telecommunications.
đExperience
* Strong track record in new business development, ideally within social alarms, telecoms, or digital service environments
* Skilled in the sales process, account management, and working closely with external customers
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at intermediate/advanced level
* Competent with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
â¨Desirable
* Experience in the health & social care market
* Knowledge of IPâbased digital solutions, managed service models, and subscriptionâbased pricing
* Background in telecoms, monitoring, TECS, or wardenâcall systems
đQualifications & Training
* Educated to GCSE/OâLevel/NVQ Level 2â3 or equivalent
* Experience within social alarms, monitoring, digital telecare, or telecoms sectors
â¨Desirable
* Formal sales methodology training (e.g., LDL, SPIN, Holden, TAS)
* Knowledge of monitoring centres, dispersed alarm solutions, or digital telecare technologies

* Strong understanding of the housing and social care/TECS landscape
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Skilled in relationship management, report writing, and attention to detail
* Highly organised and able to manage varied workloads

Youâll build strong pipelines, manage key relationships, and ensure Appello continues to deliver industryâleading value.
DAY TO DAY
đPromoting Appello Digital Solutions
* Understand the challenges faced across UK housing and social care
* Present tailored Appello digital solutions via meetings (F2F/Teams), calls, email, or social media
* Attend industry events and conferences to build insight and connections
* Log and manage all opportunities through the CRM system
đNew Business Generation
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve department and role targets
* Hit financial and orderâintake goals while protecting margin
* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
* Create Account Development Plans for major prospects
* Engage stakeholders effectively across the sales cycle
* Promote suitable solutions using multiple communication channels
đ¤Account Management
* Resolve client queries promptly and professionally
* Drive revenue and profit growth within existing accounts
* Maintain financial targets for retained business
* Keep CRM documentation current
* Develop Account Development Plans for key clients
* Manage stakeholders to ensure longâterm relationship success
* Promote Appelloâs solutions through meetings, calls, and online channels
