Sales Executive - Used Car Sales
LSH Auto is a leading automotive dealership specialising in luxury vehicles. We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their vehicle purchase journey and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout the sales process.
* Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
* Conduct test drives and provide detailed product knowledge to customers.
* Initiate and manage sales inquiries, following up on leads and converting them into sales opportunities.
* Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer service.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
* Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
* A passion for the automotive industry and luxury vehicles.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
* A valid driver's license.
