Site Manager – Airport Projects (Specialist in Lifts & Logistics) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with specialized experience in operating lifts and machinery in confined spaces, to oversee projects within airport environments. The ideal candidate will have strong logistical planning skills, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, minimal disruption to airport operations, and timely completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations at airports, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational regulations. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the movement and operation of lifts and other equipment in restricted or small spaces. * Develop and implement efficient logistical plans for materials, equipment, and personnel on-site. * Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and escalate issues proactively. * Liaise with airport authorities, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. * Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to on-site. * Manage site teams, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain high productivity levels. * Resolve on-site issues, including technical, logistical, or personnel-related challenges. Required Skills & Experience: * Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in environments requiring lifts and machinery operation in confined or small spaces. * Strong logistical planning and coordination skills, particularly in complex or high-security environments like airports. * Knowledge of airport operational procedures and safety requirements. * Ability to manage multiple teams, tasks, and schedules simultaneously. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Relevant certifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, lift operation certifications) preferred. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic work conditions
