* Location: Croydon
* Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (plus commission/bonuses)
* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm), some evening & weekend -on-calls

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, overseeing care packages, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
2. Source, recruit, and retain high-quality care staff to support community care packages.
3. Match staff to service users based on skills, experience, and care needs.
4. Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding procedures, and company policies.
