Location: Bradford (on-site)
Salary: £27k–£38k (DOE, NJC/SCP scale)

️ What You’ll Be Doing
* Safety & Security: Lock/unlock buildings, manage CCTV, handle emergency call-outs
* Maintenance Whizz: Tackle DIY tasks, minor repairs & supervise contractors (quotes, scheduling)
* Health & Safety Lead: Manage COSHH, IOSH compliance, PPM checks & record-keeping
* Grounds & Assets: Keep the site tidy, functional, and student-ready
* Team Support: Work with cleaners, caretakers & external teams
* Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with SLT, teachers, students, parents & local community
* Driving Role: Full UK licence required—keep things moving across sites!
About You
* 2–5 years in school/site/facilities management—bonus if you’ve overseen multiple sites or academies
* GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
* Skilled with COSHH, risk assessments, toolkits & BMS
* Practical, hands-on, organised & adaptable
* A great communicator—build rapport across the whole school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
